David Woods joined NAI Isaac with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Management Consulting, and Real Estate Development. Woods is responsible for managing the daily and strategic operations of the Accounting Department.

Background & Experience

Woods is proficient in Accounting Systems and Full-Cycle Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Strategic Business Management, Financial Modeling and Data Analytics. In addition to the professional skills gained from his career experience and education, he brings to the company the leadership and mentoring skills gained from serving in the role of Adjunct Professor in the disciplines of Project Management, Finance, and Accounting.


Woods graduated from the University of Kentucky as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, the University of Tulsa as a Master of Business Administration, the Keller Graduate School of Management as a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, and Florida International University as a Master of Science in International Real Estate.

Professional Associations & Designations

Woods is Argus Software Certified (ASC) in ARGUS Enterprise for real estate financial modeling and analytics. He is Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM) Levels 1, 2, and 3 certified in real estate financial modeling and analytics. He is Construction Management Certified from Columbia University. Woods is certified in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University. He is also a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor.

We are located in Lexington, Kentucky, but we proudly serve the surrounding area.
